According to an analysis carried out by the ejobs platform, more than 700 jobs are available a week before the start of the school year in the education sector. Educators, teachers, language teachers or medical assistants are needed.
“In the big cities, a competitive market has also formed for this field, including from a salary point of view, given that there are more and more institutions of this type, but not enough eligible candidates. It is also an area where staff retention is essential, and for that, employers are careful about the packages they offer candidates. For example, the number of vacation days can reach 40 per year, this being an extra benefit that is added to others such as meal vouchers or professional training and certification courses”claims Roxana Drăghici, Head of Sales within eJobs, the largest online recruitment platform in Romania.
