The famous actor Tom Cruise, known for his demanding roles in the Mission series: Impossible, spoke about how he maintains his physical form, even at the age of 62. According to Hello Magazine, the secret is in an unusual diet: instead of the three classic meals a day, Cruise consumes 15 carefully chosen snacks.
15 snacks a day, no traditional tables
Tom Cruise, in full international tour of his new Mission movie: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, choose a food style that fits its crowded program: small snacks, evenly distributed throughout the day. They are prepared by its personal cook and include nutrient and antioxidants rich foods.
At restaurants, the actor always orders white fish for steam and vegetables, without butter, sauce or oil. It also strictly avoid alcoholic beverages.
Cooked at low temperatures
Another important aspect of its diet is cooking at low temperatures. This method retains nutrients and accentuates the aroma of food, while maintaining the juicy texture. Tom believes that this technique contributes to its high energy level and to the general state of health.
No sugar
Cruise completely avoids sugar and processed snacks, such as chips or sweets. Instead, choose fresh fruits, which he says helps him control his anxiety. According to nutrition specialists, antioxidants rich fruits and vegetables reduce inflammation and support both physical and mental health.
Frequently consumed foods include salmon, blueberries, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, ginger, beet, nuts, raw oats, black chocolate and olive oil – all recognized for their anti -inflammatory effects.
Vitamins and supplements for added energy
In addition to the carefully balanced diet, Tom takes daily vitamins and mineral supplements, to prevent possible deficiencies and successfully cope with demanding scenes.
However, experts point out that a diet so strictly, with 15 daily snacks, is not suitable for everyone. For most people, a balanced and simpler diet is easier to follow and healthy enough.
