What happened to a tourist at Simona Halep’s hotel in Poiana Brașov. The review left surprised employees: “We still can’t believe it”

Even if the rates are high, and the location went through a period of balance at the beginning of the season, the four-star hotel owned by Simona Halep in Poiana Brașov seems to have enjoyed considerable success on the eve of the holidays.

Shortly after the events held at the location for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the representatives of the accommodation unit published a review left by one of the tourists who took advantage of all the facilities offered on New Year’s Eve.

“Starting with the boy who helped us with our luggage…”

The guest, who was on his second visit to the hotel, recounted his experience and praised the interaction with the staff, noting how he was received from the moment he arrived at reception.

“Congratulations to the team, thank you! On our first visit we thought we were lucky to be treated so well, but today, on our second visit, we still can’t believe the quality of the products and the quality of the team, starting with the boy who helped us with our luggage.

Mr. Peter with the campfire, colleagues at the reception and those at the restaurant. Thank you!”, was the message sent by the tourist, made public on the official Instagram page of Simona Halep’s hotel.

“With 750 euros, I go to Abu Dhabi for 7 days, on New Year’s Eve!”

The prices charged by Simona Halep’s hotel are quite steep for most Romanians, despite the high level of services offered. Thus, a couple who chose the New Year’s package paid between 2,860 and 4,060 euros, an amount that included four nights’ accommodation, breakfast, festive dinner on New Year’s evening and an artistic program. Among the notable guests who spent the years here were Gheorghe Hagi and Emil Boc, with a background of Macedonian music.

“Can it be paid with European funds? At what prices do you have, Dubai or the Cote d’Azur are shorts!an Instagram user posted, ironically.
