Now in its sixth edition, Neversea 2024 comes again this summer with an impressive line-up, including Maluma, DJ Snake, Bebe Rexha, Inna. There is a rush for accommodation, on some sites the offers are almost sold out.
The biggest music festival on a beach in Europe, with over 100 artists aims to bring together the best group of friends to sing and dance with their favorite artists for a summer full of energy, cheers good and unforgettable memories.
When the Black Sea Music Festival starts
Neversea 2024 will take place between July 4 and 7, on Neversea Beach, in Constanța. The organizers promise to offer, days and nights, colorful shows, electrifying, diverse and memorable moments, fantastic scenery, but also the most exciting sunrises from a beach in Europe.
Neversea accommodation: prices to suit all budgets
A week before the start of the festival, you can hardly find accommodation in the area of the event, for the period 4 to 7 July. I have given a search on several platforms for the days on which the event will be organized, for two people.
On Booking, for example, only 145 properties in Constanța were still available on the website, 83% of the registered accommodation places being already sold out. Prices start during this period from 788 lei/3 nights/2 people, a room with a private host or 826 lei for a two-room apartment, or 1,490 lei for a three-star hotel but with reviews below grade 8 , and reach 9,000 lei for an apartment with a sea view for two people and three nights.
Rates for accommodations with excellent ratings, over 9, start from 1,337 lei, and for four-star hotels – from 2,000 lei (but the cheapest reviews start at 7.2).
I found the most availabilities on Airbnb (270), most of the accommodations here are in residential complexes in Mamaia – village. The lowest accommodation price is valid for a room in Năvodari – 625 lei/2 persons/3 nights. Prices on Airbnb reach 3,871 lei in a luxury apartment, located on the top floor, in which up to six people can stay.
I found a similar price for the same period for a villa in Mamaia-Sat with four bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of eight people – 3,783 lei.
On the Romanian Coastline website there are only nine accommodation units available with prices starting from 1,260 lei, in a three-star hotel in Constanta and reaching 10,800 lei in a VIP apartment in the central area of the city, located half a kilometer away from Neversea.
The most cost-effective price for accommodation for three nights is available on the Turist info portal – in an apartment in the Jumbo area – 300 lei.
Neversea 2024 line up: what big names in music to come
Maluma, the superstar of reggaeton and Latin-pop music, known for his top hits and collaborations with Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, The Weeknd, Ricky Martin or Madonna, will premiere at a festival in our country, even if he is not coming for the first time in Romania. Considered a phenomenon of the music industry, the Colombian holds multiple nominations and Latin Grammy awards, his albums “FAME” or “11:11”, enjoying international success, and world tours being sold-out.
Few people know that he met fame through YouTube, but he also won several awards in the talent contests he participated in. Extremely popular on the net, his first song was immediately picked up by radio stations, coming to the attention of Sony Music. The compilation of his best known tracks earned him the Diamond Disc for record sales. The clip made with Shakira “Blackmail” got them a billion views on You Tube.
Also for the first time at Neversea, but also in Romania, another icon of pop music, Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys – a band whose hits “Everybody”, “As long as you love me” OR “I want it that way” they circled the globe.
Along with them, in the Line-up of the 2024 edition of the biggest festival organized on a beach in Europe, we also find Bebe Rexha – known for collaborating with David Guetta on the hit “I’m Good” which earned them an MTV EMA award, as well as a Grammy nomination. He was also noted for his collaborations with Nicky Minaj and Eminem;
In the Neversea 2024 Line up there is also G-Eazy who collaborated with Snoop Dogg, Cardi B and Bebe Rexha, among others, known for his hits “Me, Myself and I” and “No limit”. Mahmut Orhan stood out for his innovative style of combining deep and deep house music with oriental chords, but also for remixes from “Game of thrones” or “Just get your… and go”.
Neversea native Don Diablo, one of the most anticipated DJs to perform on the main stage of this music festival, at the anniversary edition, ranked in the Top 100 DJs, being known for his future house rhythms.
At Neversea 2024 Alok – Brazilian musician, DJ and record producer -, known for the single “Hear Me Now” and also ranked among the best DJs in the world, Salvatore Ganacci – the Bosnian-Swedish known for his viral performances at Tomorrowland in 2018 and 2019, as well as the track “Horse” and many others. Inna, Delia, Antonia and Alina Eremia will also be present.
This year’s festival will have four stages: Mainstage, The Ark, Daydreaming and Oasis Carnaval.
How much is the day ticket and what are the rates for Neversea 2024 season tickets
Fans can purchase tickets for one day, as well as subscriptions for all four days of concerts, packages for two or more people (up to six) directly from the Neversea website.
Their price differs depending on the day, the age of the participant and even the place from which he comes, or the type of access.
In certain categories, tickets are already sold out. For example, there are offers for young people up to 25 years old, for locals or people from Bucharest, and so on.
Prices start from 342.20 lei for the first or fourth day at General Access, or from 400.20 lei, for citizens under the age of 25 for the Briza Visa – four days, while packages for six people cost 3,097.20 lei. A press release also mentions the fact that this year, Telekom Romania Mobile is joining Neversea 2024 as an exclusive telecommunications partner, to ensure mobile internet and voice during the event.
“We are pleased to be able to announce that Telekom Romania Mobile is our telecommunications partner and that we can offer festival fans the mobile internet connection they need to share all the unforgettable moments from Neversea. We will probably break new records in terms of Internet traffic per square meter”mentioned Flavia Gherman, head of partnerships Untold Universe.
Neversea fans will be able to connect to the Telekom 5G network and make voice calls via the recently launched VoWiFi service, which allows voice calls to be made and received over a WiFi connection, regardless of mobile network coverage. Telekom will also provide internet access for Neversea Festival 2024, live broadcasts and more than 100 WiFi hotspots for festival staff.
For those who are not Telekom customers, there will be a network porting offer at a promotional price of 3 euros for both the subscription and the prepaid card available during the festival, at the points on the beach.
It should also be mentioned that last year, Neversea enjoyed the presence of 277,000 spectators and more than 150 artists. Names such as Don Diablo, Lil Pump, Marten, J. Balvin, Lost Frequencies, Steve Aoki, etc. took to the stage.
While Dutch DJ Don Diablo admitted: “Neversea, you are a joy every time!”; his Danish colleague Morten testified: “Romania, you are wonderful and I love you!”. Don Diablo’s return to Neversea 2024 proves how much the artist enjoyed the Black Sea vibe.
