The Petrolul Ploieşti team defeated FC Hermannstadt 4-1 at home on Friday, in the first match of the 11th stage of the Super League. The “yellow wolves” thus climb to second place in the ranking.

FC Hermannstadt had the first opportunity of the match from Ploiesti, in the 4th minute.
Goalkeeper Zima rejected Aurelian Chiţu’s shot, but the score was opened two minutes later by the hosts, through Ricardinho, with an excellent header, according to News.ro
Mihnea Rădulescu increased the advantage of Ploiești in the 11th minute.
Mihnea Rădulescu made it 3-0 in the 26th minute.
After the break, Sergiu Buş scored for Hermannstadt with a header in the 48th minute.
However, Petrolul closed the match in the 64th minute, when Akosah-Bempah passed Valerică Găman and Ionuţ Stoica, and Grozav shot from the first, from the edge of the box, establishing the final score, Petrolul – Hermannstadt 4-1.
In the ranking, Petrolul Ploiesti is in 2nd place, with 18 points, while FC Hermannstadt is in 7th place, with 13 points.
