When will pupils and students receive the money for computers. The new payment schedule

Pupils and students who applied to receive computer money will get their vouchers by November 12, after the payment schedule has been changed. It is about 200 euros, money that should have been received between August 26 and September 6, but which was delayed.

Vouchers for pupils and students up to 26 years of age, who have applied to receive 200 euros for computers, will be issued by November 12, after the calendar has been changed by order of the minister. Initially, the vouchers should have been issued to the beneficiaries between August 26 and September 6.

Money for computers, payment schedule

  • Issuance of vouchers to beneficiaries and the purchase of computers: until November 12;
  • Submission of copies of invoices and handover-receipt minutes by pupils and students: by November 15;
  • The submission by economic operators of vouchers, copies of invoices and handover-receipt minutes for settlement, to the county commission, respectively to the commissions of higher education institutions; registration of economic operators on the dedicated portal: until December 2;
  • Settlement to economic operators: until December 15;

Documents required to obtain financial aid

Pupils and students up to the age of 26 could submit, until May 20 this year, applications and files with supporting documents to receive 200 euros to buy computers.

In order to obtain the financial aid, the beneficiaries completed a model application that they submitted to the unit/educational institution where they are enrolled. The application was completed by the student requesting this aid or, in the case of students, by a parent.

Other documents

  • copy of the student’s birth certificate or identity document, and in the case of students, together with a copy of the parent’s/legal guardian’s identity document, as well as the document proving the status of legal guardian, as the case may be;
  • copies of birth certificates or identity documents, as the case may be, of the other family members;
  • certificate from the educational institutions/units showing that the other brothers/sisters are pupils or students;
  • supporting documents, in original, regarding the income of the family members;
  • self-responsible declaration of the parent, guardian, legal representative or legal guardian, as the case may be, or given in person by persons older than or equal to 18 years of age, in the sense that the gross monthly income per family member falls within the prescribed ceiling of art. 2 para. (2) from Law no. 269/2004 and that they have the difference in money for the purchase of a computer with a minimum standard configuration.
  • certificate issued by the educational unit showing the general average/grade from the school year prior to the submission of the application for the granting of financial aid in order to stimulate the purchase of computers, for all students, except for first grade students;
  • certificate issued by the educational unit showing the number of unexcused absences from the school year prior to submitting the application for financial aid to stimulate the purchase of computers, for all students, except for first grade students;
  • certificate issued by the educational institution showing that the student passed at least 45 credits in the academic year prior to submitting the application for financial aid to stimulate the purchase of computers, for all students, except for first-year students.
