In less than a week, registrations for the 2025 Baccalaureate exam, the skills test, begin. Students in the 12th and 13th grades have 4 days to complete the application and prepare their file with the necessary documents.

Between December 16-20, students from the 12th or 13th grades can register for the skills test of the Baccalaureate 2025 exam, winter session.
Documents required for enrollment in Baccalaureate 2025
Registration for the 2025 Baccalaureate exam is done by completing the registration documents. Between December 16-20, 2024, the registration application for taking tests A, B, C, D is completed. Between June 2-6, 2025, applications for taking the written tests from the June 2025 session are completed. Between July 14-21, 2025, students will complete the enrollment applications for the July-August 2025 session.
In order to complete the registration application, the following steps are taken:
- Candidates complete part I of the application;
- Candidates who request the recognition/equivalence of tests taken in previous years/previous sessions also complete part II of the registration application;
- Candidates who, in at least one of the 9th and 12th grades, have obtained individual awards at international school competitions/Olympiads, recognized by the Ministry of Education, in a discipline included in the list of baccalaureate subjects and who request the equivalence of the test written respectively, complete part I and part II of the form-sheet.
- Candidates who have obtained internationally recognized certifications of language skills and who request their recognition/equivalence with sample C, complete the application for registration as well as an application for recognition and equivalence.
- Candidates who have obtained a certification with European recognition of digital skills and request their recognition and equivalence with sample D, complete the registration application as well as an application for recognition and equivalence.
Baccalaureate 2025 registrations. What the registration applications look like
Students will complete an application for the skills tests and one for the written tests, which will take place in the summer. In the two applications, students fill in their name, surname, form of education, field, profile, specialization or qualification, personal data from their identity card and the evidence they wish to submit. The application may also request the recognition and equivalence of certain linguistic or digital skills.

Candidates who take the Baccalaureate exam for the third time, in the sessions of the 2024-2025 school year, will have to pay a fee of 499 lei, if they appear for all the exam tests.

The 2025 Baccalaureate exam begins in January with the skills tests and ends in June with the written tests, according to the Ministry of Education:
