Chelsea signed an agreement with a real estate company in Dubai to build 1,400 luxury apartments and a football field above the building.

The British football club has signed the contract with Damac Properties, a company in the real estate field, writes The Sun.

The complex will also be only 20 minutes from the Dubai International Airport.
However, the price of a single bedroom apartment starts at 430,000 pounds, and the most expensive homes can reach 1 million pounds.
This is not the first time Dedac collaborates with big brands. Other projects for which they are known are the Roberto Cavalli Tower and the Paramount Hotel in Dubai, plus the Versace Tower in Nine Elms, London.
