Jamie Oliver told People magazine how to raise a big family. With a passion for cooking, Oliver taught all his children to appreciate the food and develop their confidence in the kitchen, from planting and collecting ingredients to meal preparation.

“All my children have confidence in cooking. I have taught everyone how to cook: to plant things, to grow things, to collect things, to go to the market, to meet everyone in the market, to wear conversations with people, to understand that, naturally, food is a delicious thing.”he explained, adding that he got used to a certain pattern of behavior.

“When I reach 12-13 years, they begin to go on the classic path of pizza, burgers-but they still come back.”said Jamie Oliver.

His enthusiasm to teach people to cook from an early age extends beyond his family. The chef was a long -term supporter of healthy school tables and food education for young people in the UK and beyond.

He has launched a food education platform in the United States. The US debut follows a successful pilot program in 2024, at a secondary school in Los Angeles.

The program offers free lesson plans, designed to teach high school and high school students essential cooking skills through lessons, videos and recipes. The platform is already active in the UK, Australia and Canada and has reached 234,000 people. Oliver hopes the program “10 Cooking Skills for Life” to reach 1 million students from all over the world by 2030.

Throughout his career, Jools, who has been married for 25 years, has been a support pillar.

“Jools gives me the freedom to do the things I do. Even the good things I do and the important campaigns I carry, they are still self -indulgent, that is, they have to occupy a proportion of my brain, from my day and from my week.”he praised.

“So it is certainly a team effort.”said Jamie Oliver.
