More than 9,500 candidates participate in the exam, out of a total of over 9,900 registered, with the cumulative fulfillment of the following conditions: they carried out a specialized teaching internship for at least one year; I own the qualification “good” or “very good” for the current school year; They had at least 8 the arithmetic mean of the notes obtained in the two inspections in the classroom and at the evaluation of the professional portfolio, but not less than 7 in each of the respective evidence.
Candidates were able to enter the halls from 7:30, until 8:00, the access being made on the basis of a valid identity card – identity card, provisional identity card or identity card, or, in its absence, the passport within the validity period.
The exam started at 9:00 am and has a duration of 4 hours, but according to the Ministry of Education, there is the possibility of extending with one to two hours in certain special situations (examples: for the blind candidates, amblyopes or with certain visual impairments or in the situation in which the sample is carried out by dictating its content by a candidate with certain deficiencies. respective).

The topics and evaluation scales will be displayed from 3 pm on the dedicated web page and at the notices of the exam centers. The examination disciplines/specializations with the highest number of candidates who can support the written test are: pre -school education in Romanian (2,518 candidates), primary education in Romanian (1,632), physical education and sport (751) and psycho -pedagogical counseling (408).
The rooms in which the written test is carried out, as well as the halls in which the examination commissions, the evaluation commissions of the written works and the commissions for solving the appeals are operated.
The works of the candidates will be evaluated digitized in centers established at national level on disciplines.
Displaying results
The results of the national examination for finalization in education will be displayed on July5, in the examination centers and on the website of the exam.
The appeals can be submitted to the examination centers on July 15 (until 8:00 pm) and July 16 (until 12:00), but also online, at the e-mail addresses communicated by the school inspectorates by displaying at the headquarters of the exams on the day of the written test.
On July 21, the final results will be displayed, both at the examination centers and on the site.
The results will be validated by order of the minister between July 24 and August 14.
The minimum average of promotion
The minimum promotion average is 8 (eight).
The teachers who promote the exam acquire the right to practice in pre-university education, this being the actual objective of the exam. By accessing the finalization in education, the teachers pass the beginner and can enter an upward professionalization route.
The national examination for finalization in education can be held without a tax at most 3 times.
In view of the weather forecast announced for Tuesday, July 8 (heat), the Ministry of Education and Research has requested the county school inspectorates to take specific measures to ensure conditions of organization/conduct appropriate to this situation (thermal discomfort).
