The candidates from the National Titularization Competition 2025 found out the initial results on Tuesday. There are 41 notes of 10, the rate of notes of at least 7, which allows the degree, being 43.52%. The performance in the counties is different.

This year’s results are easy above 2024, the rate of grades over 7 being 43.52%, compared to 41.9% in session 2024. There were 41 notes of 10 this year, from this point of view being below the last year, when there were 74 marks of 10.
The performance of the candidates is different in the counties. Thus, the best results were obtained by the candidates from Cluj, where the rate of notes of at least 7 is 52.0%. The second best result is in Dâmbovița county, where a little over half (50.2%) of the candidates obtained marks over 7, on the 3rd place being Iași county, with 48.5%. At the opposite pole are the counties: Tulcea – 24.5%, Gurgiu – 28.0%and Satu Mare – 28.9%.

From Satu Mare comes another surprise instead, the candidates from the 2025 promotion succeeding the best result – 57.1%. The second result among this year’s graduates belongs to Prahova – with 50.5%, and on the 3rd place is Bacău – 48.1%. The weakest results among the candidates who graduated this year are registered in: Caraș -Severin – 22% average rate over 7, Alba – 24.8% and Mureș – 25.6%.

Dissatisfied candidates of notes can file appeals. The appeals are submitted to the headquarters of the county school inspectorates or by electronic means (at the addresses publicly communicated by each school inspectorate), July 22, until 9:00 pm, respectively on July 23, until 12:00.

In order to access the status of holder (employment for an indefinite period), the candidates must obtain a minimum grade 7 (seven) both in the written test and the special practical test/class inspection in the job profile. For the employment for a fixed period (supplementation), the candidates must obtain a minimum grade 5 (five) both in the written test and the special practical test/inspection in the job profile. Although the note is an essential condition, the hiring for a fixed period depends much more on the list of free positions for degree. For many years, the candidates from the degree has been struggling, in fact, on the positions of substitute, in the absence of the positions with viability of at least 4 years.
The final results are displayed at the headquarters of the county school inspectorates and on the website www.titularization.edu.ro on July 30.
