Conditions of access to the concert
Jennifer Lopez will hold a concert on Sunday, in the Constitution Square, within the Summer in the City festival. According to D&D East Entertainment, the organizer of the event, Jennifer Lopez wanted to perform in the Constitution Square, in front of the emblematic building of the People’s House.
The access of the public will be made starting at 4 pm, through two main points located on Freedom Boulevard: from Izvor / Bd. The United Nations and from the 13th September. There is no access through the Unirii Boulevard! The spectators are asked to arrive in time to avoid agglomeration at the entrance and not to rate the beginning of the show, according to news.ro.
Access to the show area is based on a valid ticket and an identity document, and for minors without identity document – with a copy of the birth certificate (physical or digital). All participants will be subjected to security control carried out by authorized personnel.
The presence of minors under 3 years is forbidden. Organizers do not recommend the participation of children under 5 years. Minors under 8 years old have free access, accompanied with supporting documents. Those over 8 years can participate only with a valid ticket and companion. The minors between 16-18 years can participate unaccompanied only with the written consent of the parents or the legal representative, in two copies – one for the organizer, one to be kept by the minor.
The organizer draws attention to the presence of special sound and visual effects, who can affect people with sensitivity to light or sound, such as young children, pregnant women or people with neurological disorders.
Prohibited objects and measures
Access to the event area is strictly forbidden with:
– dangerous objects (weapons, sharp objects, shock instruments);
– external foods and drinks;
– shadows, big bags, chairs, banners, drones, photo/video professional equipment, tablets or laptops;
– flammable or pyrotechnic products;
– pets.
