Video two actors in the series Wednesday recited lead by George Bacovia: “Hi, Romania. I heard that you really like the dark poetry”

Netflix surprised the public in Romania with a special video published on Facebook, in which two actors in the series Wednesday recite lyrics of the famous Plumb, written by George Bacovia.

“What do the students from Romania and those from Nevermore have in common? Lead by George Bacovia”, wrote the streaming platform in the video description.

“Hi, Romania. I have heard that you really like the dark poetry. And you are even studying it in schools. Impressive. We would like to know one of them. And, from a pure chance, we have a collection from your poems. What a coincidence.” said Isaac Ordonez, who plays the role of Pugsley Addams, and Joy Sunday, Bianca Barclay in the series.

The post published by Netflix comes in the context of launching season 2 of the series Wednesday, which debuted on August 6, 2025 with the first four episodes of the eight scheduled. The continuation of the season will be available on September 3.

The new episodes cast the dark teenager performed by Jenna Ortega in an even more complicated mystery, sprinkled with secret experiments, hungry zombies and bizarre moments.

“We did not want to repeat ourselves, because the second season is a delicate stage for many series, and we wanted to change the way of presenting the mystery. At the end of episode 4, hell is literally unleashed”, said co-creator Alfred Gough for Entertainment Weekly.

In turn his colleague Miles Millar warned that viewers should be “Very worried” of what is going to happen in the series.
