“In this speed among” packages of measures ” – 1, 2, 3, x – we must not forget two things: not to suffocate the ones from which we want to collect taxes and to avoid the elimination of privileges, no matter what names and forms they have taken in years. The project recently launched in public debate by SGG to modify the law by which those in state -owned companies are necessary, but does not do much in the current form, but concrete the freshly poured concrete before the formation of this coalition. Well, here we have to discuss politically, in the coalition, after drawing each air in the chest. I, at least, have a list of proposals that I would send in the coalition sessions, when they resume. Today it was not to be, but good things are done with patience and consistency ”, Radu Miruță explained on Facebook.

The Minister of Economy also says that a discussion at the Coalition table is required. In his opinion, 8,000 lei, the new value proposed as a minimum threshold for the share capital of a company, is a bit sudden. Specifically, the minimum share capital for SRL will increase from 200 to 8,000 lei.

“In addition, creativity and stimulation of small businesses cannot be limited by a sum of money under the pretext that thus you eliminate the ghost companies that hang in the Romanian state. 8,000 lei, the new value proposed as a minimum threshold for a company, is a bit sudden and it is my duty, as a minister of the economy, I do not have to do it. Grost for the problem he wants to solve.Miruță said.

In conclusion, the Minister of Economy claims that mutual respect and not discouraging taxes is needed.

“Entrepreneurship is a partnership: the state must be correct and transparent, and the citizen who starts on the road to be serious and responsible. That means mutual respect, not discouraging taxes. I understand the differences of vision in the public policy in such a coalition. They are legitimate.said Radu Miruță.
