Radu Miruţă emphasized that he was a personally congratulated for his contribution to the image of Romanian tourism.
“I took advantage of the opportunity to tell him directly a thank you for the way Romania promotes and for the beautiful plans he has for our country. I told him that the Romanian tourism has ever had a more efficient promotion office,” Miruţă wrote.
According to the minister, the two agreed to develop some common projects in 2026.
Miruţă also said that Ottley has long submitted the request to obtain Romanian citizenship, but the procedure beats on the spot.
“I also found something that surprised me: after becoming a citizen of honor of Brasov five years ago, Charlie also submitted for Romanian citizenship. The file still walks through the bureaucratic harassment.the minister added.
