The coach’s insults echoed on the live broadcast at the Romanians’ match. Serious verbal slip to the referees: “F** in your mouth, peasants!”

Lineup U-BT Cluj-Napoca achieved another victory on Friday in the Adriatic League, beating Studentski Centar from Montenegro with a score of 96-85.

The result confirms the solid course of Cluj, who thus reach three successes in a row in this regional competition. The meeting was not without tense moments. In a time-out, the coach of the visiting team, Petar Mijović, had a nervous exit, being deeply dissatisfied with the manner of the refereeing.

“Put the f*** in your mouth, you piece of garbage!”

He used vulgar language to the referees, and his reply was captured by the television broadcast from Montenegro, notes sportal.blic.rs. The match could not be watched live in Romania.

“Don’t fall, don’t fall! These scum are stealing the whole match! Don’t fall, that’s clear? You’re playing on the foul line! Some scum, I’m f***in’ your mouths, f**in’ your mouths, peasants!”the coach of the guests gave in nervously.

“Cluj is one of the most difficult teams in this competition and in the Eurocup!”

The team of referees assigned to this match was made up of officials from Serbia: Vladimir Tomic, Aleksandar Milojevic and Vladimir Veskovic. At the end of the match, coach Petar Mijović changed his tone, having a noticeably more tempered intervention to the tense moments during the game.

“First of all, I want to congratulate the team from Cluj. They played very well, they made many difficult throws and brought a lot of energy, and in the end they deservedly won. I think we also played a solid game, except for the first quarter, when we started a little soft.

Otherwise, I am satisfied with certain moments of our game, especially considering the value of the opponent. Cluj is one of the most difficult teams in this competition and in the Eurocup, with very strong players. Like I said, I’m really happy with some parts of our game.

I never gave up and did everything I could to stay in the game. In the end, a few successful hard throws in the last four-five minutes decided the game!the technician said, in a much calmer tone.
