Video Rogobete announces the inauguration of the new outpatient clinic at the “Prof. Dr. Agrippa Ionescu” Emergency Clinical Hospital. Project of 22 million lei

The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, announced the inauguration of the new specialized outpatient clinic at the “Prof. Dr. Agrippa Ionescu” Emergency Clinical Hospital, an investment made through the National Rehabilitation and Resilience Plan (PNRR), worth 22 million lei.

The new building has 23 offices for outpatient diagnosis and treatment, covering several medical specialties and offering patients faster access to consultations and investigations.

According to the minister, the project contributes directly to the development of outpatient services at the national level and is part of a larger program, which includes 68 other investments for the rehabilitation, expansion, establishment and equipment of public outpatient clinics.

“Ambulatory care is the key to an efficient medical system. This is where correct diagnosis, rapid treatment and real prevention begin. For people, it means easier access to doctors, reduced waiting time, fewer unnecessary admissions and care close to home. For the system, it means unburdening hospitals, better controlled costs and timely medical services”. Alexandru Rogobete sent.

The minister stated that this component of the PNRR is nearing its end at the national level, with over 95% of the projects already closed and fully paid for by the Ministry of Health.
