Adevărul organizes Healthcare Forum 2026. The Minister of Health will participate in the discussions about the problems and solutions of the health system

Adevărul organizes Healthcare Forum 2026 on March 24, 2026, between 10:00 and 16:00 – “The Truth about Romania’s Health: Problems, Realities, Solutions”. The event brings together important specialists from the health industry to analyze the main problems of the Romanian medical system.

During the Forum, the invited experts, including the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, will propose concrete solutions to the challenges of the health system. Topics such as access to hospitals and treatments, gaps between urban and rural areas, collaboration between the public and private sectors or the crisis of medical personnel will be addressed.

Four main themes

During the event, four main themes will be addressed: patient access to hospitals and treatments, the differences between the public and private systems, health innovation and prevention.

The first theme – patient access to hospitals and treatments – will address the gaps between developed and undeveloped areas, solutions for fair access to the health system, the status of regional hospitals, access to medicines, as well as the role of distributors and local manufacturers of medicines.

The second theme – ppublic, private and abroad – will brings into focus comparisons between EU health systems, public-private collaboration, differences between the public and private systems, the role of private investment and the medical personnel crisis.

In the about panel innovation in health it will be discussed about digitalization, telemedicine, the use of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and prevention, as well as about cybersecurity and financing through PNRR.

Prevention is another topic that will be debated by specialists in the field, and in this chapter the role of family medicine, health insurance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle will be discussed.
