UEFA gave an answer in the case of Vladislav Blănuță (24 years old), the footballer wanted by Dinamo Bucharest, and the news is not favorable for the team from the Capital.
Cosmin Mihalescu, Dinamo’s sports director, recently stated that the Bucharest formation could start a transfer of the player only after the situation regarding his right to play for another team is clarified.
However, the Ukrainian journalist Mihailo Spivakovski stated that Blănuță will not be able to leave Dinamo Kiev until the summer, because UEFA regulations do not allow him to play for a third team this season.
“Dinamo has received a response from UEFA in the case of Blanuță. He will not be able to play this season for any other team outside, as he was placed on the 1948 Craiova University roster in an official match!“said Spivakovski, quoted by fanatik.ro.
What exactly does the UEFA regulation say?
Vladislav Blănuță started his season at FCU Craiova, where he played a few matches in the III League. When the team from Olt was excluded from the championship, Blănuță was already in Ukraine, at Dynamo Kiev.
UEFA regulations state that a player who has played for two clubs in one season cannot play for a third team until the summer, blocking any move for him at the moment.
