MLS, new play-off system
FC Dallas clinched the knockout stage after finishing 7th in the Western Conference. In the play-offs, the system is different.
- Game 1 and, if applicable, Game 3 are hosted by the higher ranked team in the regular season.
- If a match ends in a draw, there is no overtime. The winner is decided by penalty kicks.
The next game between Dallas and Vancouver will take place on November 2nd at the Texans’ home field. Should they qualify, FC Dallas will meet the winner of Los Angeles FC and Austin FC in the quarterfinals.
From North Texas SC, to the first team
Since arriving in the United States, Enes Sali has been a consistent performer for the North Texas SC youth team, scoring 9 goals and providing 5 assists in 30 games. Good form in the development leagues finally brought him the chance to debut in the seniors.
