Legendary actress Diane Keaton, known for her memorable roles in “Father of the Bride” and “The First Wives Club,” died Saturday at the age of 79, according to People magazine, citing a family spokesperson. His death was a real shock to Hollywood and the whole world, as the actress was not known to have any recent illness.

Robert De Niro, another close friend and co-star, told The Hollywood Reporter: “I am very saddened to hear of Diane’s passing. She was very dear to me and the news that she has left us took me completely by surprise. She will be missed.
