Update: The Ministry of Education has published the scales of the Mathematics test, as part of the 2026 National Assessment.

The correction paper published by the Ministry of Education includes the complete solutions for all subjects as well as the intermediate marks awarded for the correct calculation steps.

The subjects that the 8th grade graduates had to study were “heavier” than usual, says the teacher.

According to her, the difference was made in the 3rd subject, where the students no longer had grids.

The exercise that the teacher claims will make a difference “between very good and exceptional students” was:

“More difficult than in 2025.” What upset the students at the Romanian Language test from the National Assessment

When will the results be displayed?

Testing started at 09:00 and ended at 11:00 for most participants, except for those with special educational requirements who benefit from an additional three hours to solve the topics.

Students taking the exam will be able to find out their initial results on July 1, by 12:00 p.m., which will be displayed both online and in schools or exam centers.

On the same day, after the publication of the first results, between 14:00 and 18:00, students can view the papers and submit appeals, the procedure continuing on July 2 and 3. The final results, after resolving the appeals, will be made public on Wednesday, July 8.
