With a career of over two decades, Andra is one of the most beloved artists in Romania. She recognizes that her success would not have been possible without the support of the family, especially of her father, Alexandru Mihai.

I wanted. You have to want yourself. To work for it. It seems to me that it is not enough to be just talent, and I can’t say that this thing lies in me. That I like to work, but I had an extraordinary father, I have it, who today says: «What song do you get it? It gives the voice a little louder and a little effect ». I mean, it is also involved when I say to leave me. But to know that Dad knows. Thanks to him I arrived here today because if not, who knows where I was, we were probably singing in the Turzii Plain. He is the one who changed my life. It was a bit maybe too demanding but if it wasn’t, I didn’t get hereI, “confessed Andra in Podcastul”Simple things”, Moderate by Horia Brenciu.
