The National Center for Policies and Evaluation in Education has published the subject models and correction scales for the 2025 National Evaluation and Baccalaureate exams.

For the 2025 National Assessment exam, 11 subject models are published for 3 samples in the subjects: Romanian Language and Literature, Mathematics, Romanian Language and Literature for the Hungarian Minority, respectively Mother Language and Literature for the National Minorities: Hungarian, German, Serbian, Slovak, Croatian, Romani, Italian, Ukrainian.

Baccalaureate 2025
For the 2025 Baccalaureate exam, 33 subject models were published for the written tests as follows:
Romanian language and literature (two types of program);
Mother tongue and literature for national minorities (Hungarian – two types of program, German, Serbian, Slovak, Croatian, Turkish, Italian, Ukrainian); Mathematics (4 types of program) and History;
Physics (two program types),
Chemistry (two program types),
Biology (two program types),
Computer Science (two types of program, each for two programming languages), Geography,
Socio-human disciplines (5 disciplines).

Also, for the language and digital skills evaluation tests, 11 exam ticket models are available for communication language skills in Romanian and in the mother tongue (for candidates studying in the languages of national minorities);
For language skills in an internationally spoken language, there are 10 exam ticket models (oral test), 10 test models each accompanied by audio files (reading comprehension test) and 10 subject models (test written);
For digital skills – two subject models for each of the two assessment sheets.
“The exam programs have not undergone changes compared to those in force for the 2023 – 2024 school year, and the structure of the subject variants is similar to that of the last school year”, states the Ministry of Education.
