Dinamo ended, on Saturday evening, a series of 5 consecutive defeats, drawing at FC Argeș’s ground, in the 3rd stage of the Superliga play-off. The point scored by the red-and-whites did not save Zeliko Kopic’s students from last place in the standings.
The hosts opened the scoring through the Portuguese Ricardo Matos (44 – penalty), after the Scotsman Danny Armstrong hit Florin Borţa across the face in the box, a phase signaled by the video referee. Dinamo equalized in the second half, through the Frenchman Eddy Gnahore (76), who took the ball sent by Mamoudou Karamoko into the goal.
The Pitesti players had other opportunities in the first half through Florin Borţa and Robert Sierra (16), shots defended by Roşca, as well as a shot sent by Vadim Raţă (23), deflected by Matos just over the goal. Dinamo was dangerous through Alexandru Musi (26), but his shot was rejected by goalkeeper Cătălin Căbuz, and then Maxime Sivis was blocked by a defender. Alberto Soro (36) sent a shot from outside the box, deflected by Leard Sadriu, but Căbuz had a good intervention.

In the second half, Dynamo player Andrei Mărginean shot over the goal from a very good position (55), Musi sent it wide from 8 meters (58), and Gnahore resumed from 7 meters, although Cătălin Cîrjan had a better position (72). Gheorghi Milanov’s shot was rejected in front of the goal by Sierra (90+3). FC Argeş had the last chance of the match, but Kevin Brobbey (90+5) sent wide of the goal from 6 meters.
Forward George Puşcaş made his debut at Dinamo, the former international entering the field in the 57th minute, but he did not stand out.
