This is the title with the number 11 for the formations from Cluj (after those of 1992, 1993, 1996 for the University of Cluj, 2011 for U Mobitelco Cluj, 2017 and 2021-2025 for U BT Cluj), as many having Asesoft Ploiești. On the first two places are Dinamo Bucharest – 22 titles and Steaua Bucharest – 21. CSM Oradea won the championship 3 times (2016, 2018 and 2019).

Craiova won the bronze medal

The coach of Oradea, Cristi Achim, announced that this championship was the last in which he was on the technical bench (he was from 2009, being the longest in office in the National League) and that he will take over a position in the management of the club.

The bronze medal was won, for the first time, by SCMU Craiova, 2-1 “on aggregate” (94-102, 101-62, 105-101), with Dinamo Bucharest.
