Great performances for the Romanians at the third stage of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2026. Constantin Popovici took 1st place, and Cătălin Preda was 3rd in Copenhagen.
Confirming their value, the Romanian athletes were up to the mark in every respect, at the high-altitude diving competition in the Danish city.

After four attempts, Constantin Popovici, trained by coach Adrian Gavriliu, totaled 420.8 points, and Cătălin Preda, trained by Florin Avasiloae, had 390.8 points.
In the general ranking, based on which the King Kahekili Trophy is awarded at the end of the season, Constantin Popovici is in 3rd place, with 35 points, and Cătălin Preda is in fourth position, with 32 points.

The fourth leg of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series (27 m) is scheduled for July 31 in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
