Cristina Bâtlan, founder of the Musette shoe brand, but known to the general public, especially due to her presence on the TV show “The Empire of Lions”, confessed that she had a nightmare year, in which the health of her son, Adrian, 22 years old, was a priority.

Invited to the show “La Măruţă”, the well-known 50-year-old entrepreneur, said that his son has undergone 10 eyes surgery over the last year, because his problem is a rare one, which appears at 4-5 million cases. In this situation, he focused less on business and on his appearance even more on his son.

“I know I got fat, only that happened in a trial. Also in a trial it will go back. (…) I eat as I was eating before, except that I started taking proportions and I said it was something accidental or that I went through a difficult time, in the way I only eat at the restaurant. I said I came back, but the return is slow. (…)

In the last year, I only ate at the restaurant, I traveled very much, I did not stay at home, I did not put myself in the first place. In the first place was my son, who had a medical problem and who finally is fine ”, she revealed.

Cristina Bâtlan told that she had to consult more doctors, because what her son has is something rare, and that salvation came from an Indian doctor in the UK.

“He had a medical complication following an operation and had 10 comebacks. 10 other operations. Now it’s ok, but it was very hard. (…) The operation was not wrong, it was uncompatible for his type of eye, but you did not realize the eye.

It’s a very rare thing, it has a very rare thing. A case at 4 million / 5 million people. When I was in Belgium, all the doctors came to see this diagnosis, to see this disease because it is so rare and maybe they will never see it again. But I was lucky, in the end I met an incredible, Indian doctor, who in England took care of him and operated on eight times ”, the entrepreneur told.

Things are starting to sit down now, because the doctors have given him assurances that the hard has passed and there is no risk that the young man will lose an eye.

“It’s perfect now. At the last check, which was a few days ago, the doctors said: “Adi, you can consider yourself normal, identical as everyone.” (…). I learned a lot from him because it is not easy for a baking man and with much life experience to go through something, especially for a child. He went through an extraordinary way, never thought: “Mom, why me?”, “Mom, why me?”. Could lose his sight to that eye, only one eye but could lose it, DA, ”said Cristina Bâtlan.
