“Today’s decisions of the Constitutional Court allow us to implement two more important reforms: that of state companies and the reform of the health system, for which the Government of Romania has committed its liability through package 2 reforms. These two decisions are added to the last month of the RCC regarding the law of self -financed authorities, so that three of the five normative acts in package 2 have already passed the constitutionality test ”according to a government statement posted on Facebook.
“The three mentioned laws allow us to reduce unnecessary positions, to cap allowances and to establish performance indicators in state -owned companies, to cut excessive salaries and self -infinite public authorities and to bring increased efficiency in public health.”says Ilie Bolojan.
Ilie Bolojan also said that a correct state is needed, which does not play public money and offers decent services in exchange for the taxes they receive.
“It is not easy to change the wrong patterns formed over the years, but every day we make efforts to straighten things.”says the prime minister.
On the other hand, the RCC postponed for October 21, the discussion of the notification submitted by the supreme court regarding the changes aimed at the pensions of the magistrates.
