Approximately 100,000 requests were resolved in the period 11–17 August, while 165,146 requests were registered at the level of all cadastre offices, in the period 11–14 August 2026.
During Friday, August 14, 31,608 requests were registered, of which 9,584 were requests for land deed extracts for information, and 5,919 were requests for land deed extracts for authentication.
The high volume of requests is mainly determined by the accumulation of requests during the period when the e-Terra application was not available. The resumption of e-Terra operation allows the processing of these requests, and managing them and returning to normal work flows as quickly as possible is a priority for ANCPI.
ANCPI staff works to recover the outstanding activity, respecting the applicable legal deadlines and procedures. The volume is high, but it is managed, and the measures adopted aim to streamline processing and reduce waiting times.
Measures to manage the volume of requests
The technical and operational teams constantly monitor the functioning of the e-Terra application and the volume of requests registered at the territorial offices. Depending on the evolution of the system load, measures are implemented to optimize the performance of the application and streamline the processing of requests.
The high volume of requests registered in a short interval can generate longer waiting times, both in terms of accessing the application and processing some requests. ANCPI prioritizes the resolution of backlog and aims to progressively reduce the backlog. Payment by card can be made in the e-Terra application, where the service and related flow allow this type of payment.
The other IT systems of ANCPI will be restarted in stages
The resumption of operation measures, at this stage, exclusively target the integrated e-Terra system. The resumption of e-Terra operation is an important step in the process of returning to normality. The other online platforms managed by ANCPI – Registry of Transcripts and Inscriptions (RTI), MyEterra, Registry of Landlords, Titles and Geoportal – are to be re-commissioned in a phased manner after the necessary checks are completed.
The resumption of operation of each platform will be announced in advance to partners and the public, through official communication channels.
